    Eggless Chocolate Muffins

I love baking muffins, not only they are delicious. But they are a breeze to make. You just measure few ingredients and dump them into a bowl, mix it and bake it. This is one kind of recipe, no creaming of butter is involved. It calls only for oil but the muffins turns out so moist and delicious. Not to mention so chocolaty.

The only thing i suggest is to use good quality cocoa powder since it makes all the difference. I used my trusty hershey's. You can get them easily in big supermarkets these days or you can look online..

hi.. can I use self raising flour for making this?

      Reply

    15. Garima

I made it using the exact measurements except for the fact that I used icing sugar than the regular sugar but for some reason it had a soapy aroma in it. The texture was perfect, everything looked great but it was less sweeter and had a very soapy aroma coming out of it. Please advise what went wrong.

May be it is because of the icing sugar, since icing sugar has cornflour added in them. Or you must have used way too much baking soda than mentioned.
